About Us

At MasterTrucks we are proudly the ONLY Western Australia specialists in the designing, manufacturing and installation of tilt trays for trucks. 

We give our clients the choice to include accessories in their tilt tray -including wheel lifts, chassis mounted tool boxes, container pins and hydraulic stabiliser legs (just to name a few) while working with our clients through out the design, manufacture and installation process to ensure that we build a product that suits their needs.

Since we manufacture our tilt trays from scratch, we can control the quality throughout the build and installation and also ensure the correct size is fitted, ranging from 4.5 to 30 tonnes.

 

Our Tilt Tray Standards

  • Tilt/Slide Steel Truck Body – X metres (depending on wheel base of vehicle).
  • 5mm Hardox Steel Floor – with non-slip tray protection.
  • Chain Key Holes In Tray Floor.
  • Tray Sides – Laser cut 10mm thick.
  • 2 x Tray Mounted Tool Boxes - with stainless steel lid.
  • Folding Steps On Both Sides.
  • Warning Lights.
  • L.E.D tail lights.  & Work lights.
  • 50mm Tow Ball - mounted above winch on headboard.
  • Hydraulic Winch – (Depends on truck size) lb. Powered by Dan Foss.
  • Counterbalance Safety Valve - installed on all hydraulic cylinders.
  • HQ Paint 2 pack - (Tray colour as indicated by the customer).

 

Fully Installed To Vehicle comes with 2 years structure warranty and 1 year warranty on all hydraulics and electrics. Completion time is 5-6 weeks from work commencement date.
